I. Torchbearer Movement

The Torchbearer Movement was born from this very belief in the “Campfire Spirit”. Torchbearers are specially invited co-creators and ambassadors of the International Camping Congress. With the support of the International Camping Fellowship (ICF), the ICC2026 Organizing Committee (ICC2026-OC) has launched the Campfire Connections– ICC2026 Torchbearer Movement. Torchbearers are entrusted with a vital mission during the preparation and promotion of ICC2026: to amplify the Congress visibility, organize communities, facilitate regional connections, and support congress operations—helping to spread the value of camp and energize the broader industry ecosystem.

We look forward to bringing together pioneers, practitioners, and dreamers from the global camp and outdoor education field to shape the depth and warmth of the Congress, passing on the flame of camp education to light the path of growth for more young people.

III. Torchbearer Rights and Responsibilities

1.Official Recognition as a Congress Torchbearer

Authorized by the International Camping Fellowship (ICF) and the ICC2026 Organizing Committee, Torchbearers receive the honorary title of “ICC2026 Torchbearer,” along with the right to use official ICC2026 logos in external communications, as well as plaques, certificates, and other forms of recognition.

2.Congress Media Exposure

Benefit from up to 18 months of ongoing visibility across the full ICC2026 media network, with priority access to official co-created content.

3.Exclusive Congress Privileges

Torchbearers will be invited to attend ICC2026 and participate in dedicated sessions, enjoying official recognition and on-site honors, including:

【Partner Responsibilities】

1.Promotion and Outreach

Use your own media channels to actively and accurately promote official Congress information, ensuring consistency with official communications. Support the Organizing Committee in planning and executing offline promotional events, and represent the Congress in relevant local industry activities to expand its visibility and reach.

2.Support Regional Promotional Activities

Assist with the planning and execution of ICC2026 official offline promotions. Provide local resources such as venue coordination, recruitment assistance, volunteer services, and hospitality support.

3.Lead Local “Campfire Campaigns”

Recruit local camp practitioners and organizations as participants or supporters, gradually building a connected network of regional Torchbearers.
