Registration
The 13th International Camping Congress (ICC2026) provides four nights of high-quality accommodation for all fully registered participants. Stay at hotels within Taiwoo Ski Town to ensure a comfortable and convenient experience throughout the conference.
Ⅰ. Accommodation Included with Registration
Room Standard: Fully registered participants will be accommodated in four-star standard double rooms for four nights.
Inclusions: Daily breakfast and designated shuttle services between the hotel and conference venue during the event.
Check-in/Check-out: Specific check-in and check-out times will be provided with your congress confirmation letter.
Ⅱ. Hotels & Surroundings
All conference hotels are located within or near Taiwoo Ski Town, within walking distance of the main venue. Equipped with comprehensive facilities and surrounded by scenic mountain views, some hotels even provide direct access to ski slopes or natural landscapes, offering participants an ideal space to relax, network, and engage.
Ⅲ. Upgrades or Additional Accommodation Requests
Single Room: Available with a surcharge
Extra Nights: For early arrival or late departure
Suite or Family Room Upgrades
