Welcome to the 13th International Camping Congress (ICC 2026)! The main venue of the Congress is located at Thaiwoo Ski Resort, in Chongli District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, China. We’ve prepared this detailed transportation guide to help you plan your trip with ease and arrive smoothly in beautiful Chongli.

I. Domestic Transportation Options

1. High-Speed Rail

Beijing North Station → Taizicheng Station: Approx. 1 hour 20 minutes; second-class fare RMB 90–95.

Qinghe Station → Taizicheng Station: Approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; second-class fare RMB 85–90.

Travelers from other cities can transfer via Beijing or Zhangjiakou to reach Taizicheng Station.

From Taizicheng Station to Thaiwoo Ski Resort: Take Bus No. 201 (get off at Thaiwoo Youth Hostel Station and walk about 1.4 km), or use a ride-hailing service (approx. 5 minutes’ drive).

2. Self-Driving

Main expressway: Beijing–Chongli Expressway (G7)

The nearest exit is Taizicheng Exit; Chongli North and Chongli South exits are also available.

3. Flights

Fly to Zhangjiakou Ningyuan Airport (ZQZ), Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX), or Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), then transfer by high-speed train or chartered vehicle to Thaiwoo Ski Resort.

II. International Arrival Routes (via Beijing / Zhangjiakou)

1. International Flights + Domestic Connection

Destination Airports:

Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK): Direct or connecting flights available from most major global cities.

Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX): Serves extensive international routes across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Zhangjiakou Ningyuan Airport (ZQZ): Currently offers direct flights to 13 major domestic cities including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chongqing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Xiamen, Xi’an, Haikou, Harbin, Shenyang, Dalian, and Shijiazhuang.

III. On-Site Transportation During the Congress

For your convenience, shuttle services within Thaiwoo Ski Resort are included in the registration fee. Complimentary shuttles will operate in loops during the Congress. Please refer to the Congress Handbook or on-site signage for detailed shuttle schedules.

IV. Travel Tips

We recommend booking train and flight tickets in advance, especially during public holidays.
