The grand Opening Ceremony will take place at the Olympic Winter Games venue—Chongli Ice & Snow Grand Theater in China. Blending tradition with modernity, the ceremony will feature captivating performances, keynote addresses from distinguished guests, and the symbolic lighting of the Global Campfire—celebrating the unity and innovation of the international camp community, and officially launching this landmark event.
3. Keynote Speeches
Renowned global leaders, scholars, and cross-sector guests will deliver keynote speeches on the Congress’s core themes. Covering topics in technology, education, culture, and economics, these sessions will provide participants with forward-looking insights and inspiration.
4. Plenary / Large-Scale Seminars

7. Closing Ceremony
The Closing Ceremony will capture the Congress’s most memorable moments, announce outcomes and industry initiatives, and feature the ceremonial handover of the Congress flag—bringing ICC2026 to a successful conclusion and looking ahead to the 14th International Camping Congress in 2029.
