I. Registration & Ticketing
Q: Is there a discount for early registration?
A: Yes. ICC2026 offers three discounted registration phases: Super Early Bird, Early Bird Plus, and Early Bird.
Q: Is there a discount for group registration?

Q: Are there special rates for youth or student participants?
A: Yes. ICC2026 welcomes youth and young delegates to join us, with special sessions designed for them. University students and youth participants are eligible for discounted rates with valid ID.
Q: Can I register for only one or a few days of the congress?
A: To ensure a complete experience and full engagement, ICC2026 does not offer single-day registration. Registration fees include access to all sessions, conference materials, meals, and major social events.
Q: Can I request an invoice?

II. Visa & Invitation Letter
Q: How can I obtain an official invitation letter for visa application?

Q: Can I get a refund if my visa application is denied?
A: Yes. If you are unable to attend due to visa denial, please provide official proof of refusal. Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation policy, minus applicable handling fees.
III. Accommodation & Transportation
Q: Does the conference provide accommodation?
A: Full registration includes four nights of twin-room accommodation at a four-star hotel (with breakfast). Upgrades, extra nights, or single-room requests can be arranged via the official accommodation booking channel.
Q: How can I get to the main venue (Thaiwoo Ski Resort)?

Q: Will there be shuttle services during the congress?
A: Yes. Shuttle services will be provided between Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station and the venue, as well as between event locations during the congress. These are included in your registration fee.

A: Yes. Thaiwoo Ski Resort served as one of the core accessible venues for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, equipped with barrier-free pathways, elevators, restrooms, and designated parking. If you have specific accessibility needs, please email the Organizing Committee in advance.
Q: Are there quiet rooms or nursing rooms available?
A: Yes. Quiet rest areas and private nursing rooms will be provided to ensure comfort and privacy.
