2-day intensive “To Be a Trainer” course
5-day ICDC teaching practicum and assessment
The ICDC Trainers Course is held once every 3–4 years and exclusively during the International Camping Congress. It represents the highest-level faculty development program in the global camp training field. Participants who successfully complete the course and pass the assessment will be recognized as ICDC Trainers certified by the International Camping Fellowship (ICF). This credential qualifies them to teach and develop curriculum within the ICDC framework, positioning them among the top talents in the global camp education field.

Ⅱ. ICDC – International Camping Directors Course
Dates: November 2 – November 6

The International Camping Directors Course (ICDC) is an exclusive training program developed and certified by the International Camping Fellowship (ICF). Recognized as the most authoritative management training in the global camp education field, the ICDC is dedicated to empowering high-quality camp management practices and advancing professional and international standards in camp operations and leadership.
Tailored specifically for leaders in the broad camp education sector—including program directors, camp directors, operational managers, and senior practitioners—the ICDC addresses their professional development needs with precision.
To date, the ICDC has been successfully hosted in more than 10 countries, including Canada, Mexico, Spain, Russia, Australia, Singapore, Japan, and China. With over 1,000 graduates worldwide, it has fostered a dynamic international community of camp leaders who grow together, share resources, and collaborate for mutual success.

Ⅲ. Pre-Congress Training Workshops & Additional Courses
The Pre-Congress Training Workshops will focus on trending topics and pressing challenges in the industry, offering highly engaging, results-oriented learning experiences. These workshops are designed to help participants get into the spirit of the Congress ahead of time while expanding professional perspectives and practical skills.The Pre-Congress Workshops are also open to proposals from global educational organizations, industry leaders, and research institutions. We warmly invite partners to co-design and deliver innovative, representative, and internationally benchmarked workshops, creating a truly inspiring and practical frontier classroom in camp education.
