The 13th International Camping Congress (ICC2026) will be grandly held in China from November 6–10, 2026. As one of the most influential global events in the field of camp education, ICC2026 is dedicated to providing a premier platform for international camp organizations, educational institutions, outdoor brands, and innovative enterprises to showcase their achievements, connect deeply, and explore cross-sector collaborations.

I. Booth Information

A limited number of exhibition booths will be available.The Organizing Committee will provide each exhibitor with a standard booth package, including:

Basic booth construction and lighting

Standard furniture and signage system

Wi-Fi access during the event

Color advertisement page in the official program and online exhibitor listing

Exhibitor badges and participation materials

Daily booth cleaning and essential logistical support

Booth Types (specific dimensions and pricing to be announced later):

Standard Booth

Upgraded Booth

Premium Corner Booth (multi-angle visibility)

Note: The final exhibition layout, equipment list, and power supply details will be announced in due course. Please stay tuned for updates.

Booth allocation will follow a “first-come, first-served” principle based on the order of application and contract signing. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make necessary adjustments according to the overall exhibition layout and will communicate any changes with exhibitors in advance. The official booth application opening date will be announced soon.
