The 13th International Camping Congress (ICC2026) is launching a volunteer recruitment program. We warmly invite passionate and service-minded individuals to join the ICC2026 volunteer team. Work alongside camp educators from around the world to help create a high-quality, welcoming, and memorable conference experience.

As an ICC2026 volunteer, you will:

Engage deeply with a world-class industry event, expanding your global perspective and professional network;

Gain hands-on experience in organizing and supporting large-scale international conferences, enhancing your communication, coordination, and teamwork skills;

Receive an ICC2026 Volunteer Certificate and custom commemorative materials;

Contribute meaningfully to the advancement of the global camp education movement.

On-site volunteer roles include (but are not limited to):

Registration & Reception: Assist participants with check-in, materials distribution, and general inquiries;

Venue Support: Facilitate interactions between speakers and attendees;

Event Operations: Support large-scale sessions such as opening and closing ceremonies, as well as ancillary activities;

Photography & Videography: Capture key moments during ceremonies, forums, workshops, and social events;

Guest & Exhibitor Services: Provide on-site assistance to speakers and exhibitors.

We are looking for volunteers who:

Have strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset;

Are proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure;

Are able to communicate in English (preferred);

Can commit to pre-conference training and scheduled duties during the event;

For photography/videography roles: own professional equipment and have experience in large-scale event shooting and post-production (preferred).

1.Once recruitment officially opens, applicants will complete an online application form including: name, contact information, available service times, preferred roles, relevant experience, and other remarks.

2.The Organizing Committee will notify selected candidates after the application deadline and conduct online/offline training covering the conference overview, role responsibilities, etiquette, and international reception standards.
