I. Visa Application Guidelines
Visa requirements for entry into China vary by country or region. We strongly recommend that you:
Contact the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in your country or region as early as possible to confirm the specific visa requirements and application procedures;
Apply well in advance if a visa is required, allowing sufficient processing time (at least 2–3 months before departure is recommended).
II. Invitation Letter from the Congress
If you require an official invitation letter from the Congress to support your visa application, please contact us at: intl@icc2026china.org
When making your request, please provide the following information:
Full name (as shown on your passport)
Passport number
Organization/Institution name
Position/Title
Proof of registration (registration number or payment confirmation)
Invitation letters will only be issued to registered participants who have completed payment. Once approved, the invitation letter will be sent in PDF format via email.
III. Important Notice
The final decision on visa approval rests solely with the Chinese Embassy or Consulate.
